Hey sir i want buy a camera plz suggest me...

hi, it depends on what you are wanting to do, photo or video.
if you are wanting to do action underwater and where the camera has to be water resistant then i would recommend one such as go pro Hero range. for some nice photos for events such as weddings then a DSLR with a good all round lens would be good. you would have to decide which brand you want to go with as extra flash and lenses have to be compatable with your camera. top brands for quality durability and variety of accessories are Canon or Nikon, there are of course others such as olympus, sony, pentax, fujifilm. it will be your decission. When buying a camera i should be able to work well in lower light as well as in bright light. i should have preset settings for beginners and also some manual settings to get some more dramatic effects when you get more experienced. but first look at the different cameras and see which one suits you where you can quickly find the settings and feels good in your hand. it should have a flash connection for more light when needed. what you do not need to get is one with the most Megapixel this is only useful when the pictures will be shown on very large screens or will be made into very large poster such as for advertising. a good 8-12 megapixel is good enough but it is fine if you want to go higher. I am now using a Canon 650d as i wish to have good video as well a great photos this camea also has stereo sound for video and is a lot cheaper than the professional canon 5d mk 111 which is on of the cameras of choice for professionals. but i also have a 350d which also takes great pictures and is good enough for most things, as the iso only goes to 1600 even with a lower f stop lens it is not so good in very low light with no flash. for canon or Nikon alike you can get some great deals on used cameras and equipment. but if buying second hand look at the memory type the most used today is SD cards, such as the HDSC type and for faster processiong when making video or many photos in a sequence a Class 10 card is very good for this. also ensure the batteries are still ok and will no go flat in a short time maybe ask if a new battery is included in the deal when you buy. I would speak to a salesman at a store that sells many different makes of camera then you will get the chance to view and get an unbiased opinion of what is best for what you want to photograph.

i hope this was useful.

My web cam 4tech is not clear

Is the audio not clear or the video not clear?.

If the camera is plugged in and installed correctly then you should be able to open up a web cam program like skype, gmail or messenger and test out the camera, as well as adjust the camera's settings.

If the camera lens does not have auto focus, see if you can move the camera lens around in both directions. Some cameras have this for manual focusing. If you cannot access the camera lens then it SHOULD have an auto focus feature.

Also, play around with the camera settings (brightness, focus, zoom, sharpness) to find the best combination of setting for your environment.

Older cameras dont have very good resolutions so don't expect a high quality image or frame rate.

Try to plug it in a different port, if still looks as if it's not plugged in, and you know the USB ports are working, then definitely the web cam is faulty.

I downloaded msn live messenger 2009 and have had nothing but problems with my mic. I have a HP pro camera with a built in mic. This was working fine with msn live 8.1. I have a brand new HP with Vista....

Normal 0 See section C. Windows Live Messenger in the info below to setup the Audio & Video.
Also send this to your family and friends so they have there computer setup properly.
Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.

Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:

After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ ) set it up as follows:

  1. Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
  2. Then click on the Video Settings.
  3. The camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
  4. Then, on the bottom of the page click on Save.

The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and her to you.

C. Windows Live Messenger:

  1. After you start Windows Live Messenger, expand the view by clicking on the square on top left next to the red X.
  2. Then on the Windows Live messenger window on the right side, click on “ “Show Menus.” And then click on “Show the Menu Bar”.
  3. Next go to the Menu Bar on right side, click on “ “Action.”
  4. Go to “TOOLS” and click “Audio and Video Setting” and follow the instructions.
NOTE: Your audio and video should work. Enjoy.

When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.
Hope this helps. Bud

Microphone not working ?

I have seen situations in the past where a woman especially would not modulate her voice well enough to make good sound on her mic, other then that, make sure your mic volume is set fairly high. Also if the situation is not cleared by the previous two suggestions look for newer audio drivers for your system ( whatever that may be ), a.k.a. motherboard audio driver or sound card drivers depending on what hardware you have installed

Web cam audio problem

I totally uninstalled the software included with the webcam. I use Windows Movie Maker (included in Windows XP).

Be sure that after you plug in the cam and open Windows Movie maker that you select "Capture from video device" on the left had side. Your camera should come up in a setup window. If you are using the built in camera mic, select that in "audio device" window.

If you are using a mic connected to your PC, that option should be there, also.

In either case, after choosing the audio device, be sure the input level slider to the left is set high enough to pick up your voice.

'Hope this helped. Good luck.

Uninstall and reinstall software, Also try another Usb port. U should also make sure that you are using USB 2.0 the older Usb ports don't have enough power to run camera, If that is the problem you can get a Usb 2.0 card and it comes with external power source, If thats not the problem Can you get into your Cam setting and make sure all the setting are right, what would mean you could see a good clear picture of your camera picture on your computer, Just adjust your setting for a nice crisp clear picture and It should work fine on both sides, But I think the software reinstall will solve all your problems. If not Just write back to me and We can try some other solution.

Video freezes when streaming to the internet

Dave, While of course it may be a capacity issue. Is the video smoother at different times of the day? or is it every 5-10 seconds no matter what time of day. It may be security software checking the stream. How is your firewall/router set? Do you have a designated port for the camera? Let me know if that helps at all. Good Luck, Tim
