Resetting my watch has suddenly changed time/date and will not reset so how do i do it please. It is a casio wv-59u and the other numbers are 3053

Try the battery first. Make sure to do the all reset inside of the watch after changing the battery. If it is not the battery send it to Casio. They may change out the complete module.

Try this:-

First set the watch to 24 hour format rather than 12 hour format.

I can't find a solution to this problem and have the same problem despite trying a number of reset options, do Casio have a solution?

Check out the manufacturers web site, some manufactureres have users manuals for their watches which can be downloaded. You may be lucky. You could also try some of the various manuals websites. They have manuals for all manor of things. Good Luck

My Casio wave ceptor keep resetting itself like this when the bottom right (D button) is pressed. I need to make sure I reset the city code or before trying to receive as it defaults to Tokyo. Press & hold the top left (A button) and date changes to city code. Scrole through codes using right bottons.
