I have a PLHS69EGSS1 and the control board went out. I discovered that the replacement part for it is part number 5303918340. When installing it, the parts look almost identical except the replacement part doesn't have a red fan connector and wire. Do I have the right part? Is the fan connector and wire not necessary on the replacement?

SOURCE: Frigidaire Oven Error F1, what caused it?

Hello - From my research part number: 318184400 (clock) seems that it has not yet been updated and still the same part number for the MSRP: $163.04. Part can be purchase directly from the manufacturer or a part distributor in your area (part could possibly be different with them). Typically error code F10 could indicate a variety of issues. The range could possibly have a runaway temp (higher than normal temps), shorted keypad, faulty EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or, display wire harness missing/not connected. Usually, this code means to replace the EOC. You may be able to reset the range by disconnecting the power to the unit for up ten minutes. Usually this will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. If resetting the unit proves to be ineffective, I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately.

It may have reached the number of cycles to trigger a delime warning. Either follow the procedure in your operator manual to delime, or go into the control board settings and either change or turn off the delime timer

The refrigerator door was left open and now the refrigerator is off

Try unplugging the unit for 5 minutes to allow the control board to reset. When you plug it back in, everything should work fine. If not, you may have to replace the control board.
    Hope this helps.

Smelled smoke and hot wires, tv went off and never came back on again. opened back and found only one small part looked burned out, ( broken and a little brown on the board.) Part number R14705.

Thats a 27K 1/2 watt Carbon Composition resistor 5% tolerance. You got deflection issues so a replacement resistor will most likely fail unless you discover whaich componenet on the deflection board caused the resistor to burn. The deflection boards have been discontinued for your model which has the ATC321 chassis. But you can get a remanufactured ATC321 deflection board from www.tvrepairworld.com

GE French Door Frig control panel blinking temp #s

I had a very similar problem with our GE refrigerator. The main control board looked to be the culprit. I took out the board and did a visual inspection. Upon inspection I discovered that the (2) 470 micro farad capacitors were blown. I checked the power diode near these and it was still ok. I went to Radio Shack and picked up two 470 micro farad - 35V capacitors for and grand total of $2.60 and resoldered them myself. The refrigerator has been running great since. If you want to know more details email me and I will be happy to let you know what I know. I didn't want to pay $100 for a GE guy to replace a board either!

    Neff Oven

It appears that the timer has gone faulty, possibly because of a short in the bulb holder, which probably explains why there is no display and the main oven not working. the top will still work as it is not controlled by the timer.
the solution hear would to be fit a new timer.

    Still have problem

Nearly every vehicle on the road has an EGR valve. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve is a standard for emissions control. You took one off, it's probably still good, but since it's off, replace it anyway. Sa for the throttle position sensor, it makes no difference about your mfg date on the door post and being a '98 part, it's the same and your mfg date is definitely a 1997. The don't change model year until late September. TPS still should be the same part number.
