Hi there hopefully you can help i have 3 PCs each with itunes loaded on to them i can access the web and itunes store fine but it will not log on to my account or redeem or any of the suport functions i have mentioned it to aol my net provider but they say it may be a router problem is that possible? if so what might be wrong with it and how do i fix? many thanks simon

If you don't already have one, you need to have an iTunes account and log in to it. You can then redeem giftcards and access the iTunes store.

iTunes for Windows iTunes can contact the iPhone iPad or iPod software...
If you can access your device's settings menu and connect to Wi-Fi, install the latest version of iOS over Wi-Fi using Settings > General > Software Update. If your device is locked with a forgotten passcode or in recovery mode, you will need iTunes to restore the device.
If one of the alert messages above appears when you try to update or restore your iOS device, connect to the Internet with your preferred web browser, and access the iTunes Store.

If you cannot connect to the Internet with your web browser

If you can connect to the Internet, but see an error when accessing the iTunes Store

If the iTunes Store shows a blank white page

If the iTunes Store opens successfully

Using a credit or debit card is the simplest way to create an iTunes Store account. However, not everyone has one of these cards. For this reason, Apple offers two alternatives to creating your iTunes Store account without a credit card. You can set up your iTunes account and begin purchasing and downloading your favorite music in only a few minutes.
1. Purchase an iTunes Gift Card. Most major retailers sell iTunes Gift Cards, but you can also order them online. The prepaid amount of the gift card is transferred to your iTunes Store account, which lets you access the funds to purchase music.

If you don't want to purchase an iTunes Gift Card, you can set up a free PayPal account instead. ITunes accepts PayPal as an alternative to credit cards and gift cards. Because you do not have a credit card, you will need a checking or savings account to set up a PayPal account (see Resources).

2. Open iTunes. Click "Store" on the top navigation bar. Select "Create Account." Click "Continue" at the welcome screen.

3. Read over the terms and conditions, then click "Continue" again. Enter your email address. This will be your Apple ID, used to log in to your iTunes Store account.

4. Enter a six-digit password, then enter it again for verification. Create a security question and answer. This is used to help recover your password in case you forget it. Click "Continue" to move on.

5. Scratch off the gray film on the back of your iTunes Gift card. Type the number in the iTunes Gift Cards "Code" box.

If you're using a PayPal account instead of an iTunes Gift card, check the box next to "PayPal" and click "Continue." A web browser window will open. Enter your PayPal account's user name and password and click "Log In." Then click "I Agree." This links your PayPal account with your iTunes store account. Click "Continue to iTunes Store."

6. Enter your full name, address and telephone number. Click "Continue." Your iTunes Store account is now created. You can begin shopping for your favorite music, movies or TV shows.

This may have something to do with your Internet connection go to IE explorer then when you see diagnose connection do this if that is the case. It should repair the issue or give you an idea as to what is wrong with you Network Connection. If you can access other web sites just not I Tunes it could be that their server is down temporarily this does happen sometimes. If you are on a modem or router you may wish to reset the modem and router to fix the Internet Access issues.

It appears from your question that it has nothing to do with what you are doing just a bad connection back and forth to I Tunes I would try the reset on the modem or router or restart your computer as well. Thanks for using FixYa! John

You can download yahoo app from the app store. It will allow you to go on yahoo messenger and yahoo mail.

Hi,
first you properly install the Web Cam Software, then you open the Yahoo messenger and again access the web cam. I hope it will work fine. sometimes yahoo messenger not access to Web Cam, that time yahoo messanger not working properly.

hi...first u uninstall the itunes that uv already loaded....then lets start fresh..u shud have the itunes software available with ur motorola kit...or if not..it is easily downloadable from the internet...i recommend u buy it....then once uv downloaded it and crossed over all the wizard process....u r ready to go...first...open ur icon which u wud find on r screen..once uv opened it...click musicin ur library in the left hand side..then open file...and click import....once uv done that...u get a small wndow frm where u can import the music on ur computer to ur itunes

According to information provided by Apple, any content that you download to your iPod from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music store is automatically copied to your iTunes library when you next sync your iPod to your computer. You generally do not need a remote connection to your home computer or iTunes running in order to do this, so you should only need to have access to a Wi-Fi connection to download iTunes content.

Please keep in mind though that you may not have access to the same range of iTunes content through the Wi-Fi store as you do through your home computer. Movies, podcasts and TV shows are normally only available through the full iTunes store accessible on home computers.

Theres a few things you can try:
1. Update to itunes 8
2. uninstall itunes, and reinstall it
3. can you access it while logged into an account? Out of an account?
If none of these work, download the Itunes vista patch fix here
iTunes and vista is like trying to stick a finger covered in alumiunum foil in the electrical outlet lol, vista is microsoft, itunes is apple. Rival OS companies.
