There is a problem with the toner cartridge. Take it out and check the the drum. If there is no lines on it there is a problem with a doctor blade or developer roller.Here is instructions for disassemble and refill the cartridge http://www.uninetimaging.com/downloads/technical/TecArtWebAdded/HP_P2015_Reman_Eng.pdf.
Do not expose the drum on direct sun light and do not touch the elements with oily hands.

your printers gears have got mis-aligned or may be even your paper feeder tray is not availble or not fitted properly, for gears problem u get your printer serviced.wish u success!!

check the "photoconductor unit" (pg 37 in the Maintance manual)
ours was doing it with the magenta and saw a faint 'scratch' on the roller. will attempt to replace and report back if this fixes it.

Try printing out the test page from the printer, this will show you if any of the inkjet holes are getting plugged. If you can't print a test page without the skipping try changing the ink cartridge(s), the test page will show you which one is clogging.
