The little paper icon with the trash can beside it is flasing red, when trying to pint the paper only get feed about 2 inches then stops but the printer head continues as its print somthing out.
Main reasons for a paper feed problem like the one you describe are:
-. One of the sensor actuators (normally It will be a little plastic lever on the path of the paper) is either broken or blocked. It could happend if you attempt to remove a paper in the opposite direction of the normal paper movement path. Check if you can see something like that near the point where the paper stops.
-. The second option will be dirt on the feed rollers. If you can remove them easily the you can try to clean them using water and soap. In that case what is happening is that the paper reaches the first sensor but the printer doesn't knows the paper is stuck until It detects that the paper arrives later than expected to the last sensor (a timing issue). As the printer keeps printing this is the most probable cause to your problem.
I don't know that model of printer in particular but I hope this serves you as a guide to pinpoint the issue.

This could be caused by several parts, the most likely is the paper eject sensor lever & spring being out of position. Get a stiff piece of A4 card such as the backing from a note pad. Make sure the print head is in the parked position (fully right). Position card in the feed hopper and push through the feed mech. Open the top and watch for the card to come through the printer. This should realign the lever and also clear any obstructions in the paper path. Always try to remove paper jams in the direction of the paper feed, pulling backwards can damage levers etc.
Please take a moment to rate this solution. Thanks.

Did you check the thickness? My printer won't feed paper that's to think or thick properly it sould say in the manual what thickness of paper you should use.

Is the message general error? The problem is tchip. When turn on chip is recognized by printer, but when start to print, printer "read" some information from the chip. Here is the error. Some pin at the chip for redaing the existence of chip, other pin for reading the information. Check connector between chip and carriage.
