CTRL-C and CTRL-V quit working...
Annoying problem if you rely 100% on keyboard shortcuts! I had the same
problem and the fix is very easy. You will need to uninstall your
keyboard driver and restart your computer and your CTRL keys will
function once again. To do this:
1) Click Start
2) Control Panel
3) Printers and Other Hardware
4) Keyboard
5) In the Keyboard Properties window, click Hardware
6) Click Properties
7) Click Driver
8) Click Uninstall, click OK
9) Restart your Computer

Try memory modules individually. See if any change.
Also post whether the Lock LEDs are solid or flashing

Look for a switch that turns on the wireless device. Also check in the connection manager if the device is active and the wireless adapter is within range.

Press on F2 when turning back the laptop by going to the BIOS setup screen and from there have to enable your WIRELESS CONNECTION. And then have to manually TURN ON your WIRELESS device by enabling or turning ON the Wireless button of the laptop. Thank you.
SOURCE: dell latitude e6400 laptop webcam?
For the Dell Latitude E6400 The Webcam is actually optional. To check whether you have it on your laptop look at the top of your screen. On the left of the display latch, you are supposed to find 3 items there if you have a webcam. The left most side is the microphone, so it is actually a very small hole, followed by a small light, the indicator for the webcam and a small circular one that is the webcam. If you do not have any of these on the left side of that latch then your latitude did not come with a webcam.
