Imagerunner 330S Hi: I read with interest the answer to the probelm of the E005 error message on a Canon Imagerunner 330S copier. I too have this copier and the same error message. I think I understand the answer to the problem, but am unsure of the procedure to use to reset the counter in Service Mode. Is there anywhere that the information about this procedure can be obtained? With my thanks, David

Thanks again for your help with the exact instructions needed to get into the correct menus (once in service mode, which I was able to figure out from the advice of others such as copyman59) so as to clear the code.

Now, upon re-start, I note the paper size for the ltr tray is U8 rather than letter and does not make a normal copy.

Any ideas as to how to change the paper size for ltr tray 1 to standard ltr size?

(I'm sure its in the manual, but as the copier was purchased used it didn't come with one.)
