Try re-installing your touchpad driver and touchpad on/off utility from here:
http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK

Just select:
Product Type - Notebooks
Family - Satellite
Product series - Satellite C series
Model - Satellite C660
Driver Type - Touch Pad Driver (and later Touch Pad On/Off
Utility)
Then hit search at the bottom to find it for the operating system you use.

Did you let the battery stay out for a while like an hour or 2? Who knows, you might have to leave it out overnight.

I'm curious as to how you forgot the Bios Password? If you were smart enough to set it (which most users are not) then surely you should be able to remember it. I'm hoping that computer is not SIZZLING HOT!!!!

My mouse pad is not working, I had to use an external mouse on my laptop.

if the touchpad is not working, then it could be both a hardware and a software issue. you need to check the drivers first, and need to make sure that latest ones are installed.

try using safe mode with networking.
if that does not help, then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help.

My touchpad works for 5 about mins then after this time only half of the touchpads works untill a reboot. sometimes its fine but most of the time i will need to reboot the systerm. then it just keeps

maybe you installed a wrong driver, you should know the right driver for your hardware device. to do that, just go to "device manager" and find your "pointing device", double click it the click the "details". under the property, click the dropdown menu and select "hardware id". from that you can see the pci vendor and device manufacturer. click here to search your device driver.
