I Got off the phone with Acer Support...the lady with the heavy accent was very pleasant and informative. She told me to do System Restore and I have done so back to the 16th. Still no yellow marks in device manager everything says working properly. My flash drive still has no response but my blackberry power symbol shows up and charges but will not detect as a device in Computer. She recommended a "Full System Recovery" basically re-format. I really hope I don't have to do that I just bought this thing less than a month ago...I do a lot of computer work for others but no experience with windows 7 or vista and first time ever seeing a problem with USB.
