Hi
Try disconnecting printer from computer, power off and killing any print jobs in the print queue.
Then check that the printer powers on whilst un-connected to the PC, if light stays green, then the problem is related to PC interface. If the light goes red, then it's a hardware fault, maybe remove and replace cartridge, check no paper is jammed and try again.
