I gave up on it. I was able to disassemble it and get to the power supply PCB but the main fuse was not blown. A new power supply PCB was too expensive and I don't have time to troubleshoot the power supply. Thanks

how did you do that? and what tiny piece are you talking of? I can not seem to get the alarm to stop blinking "check document".

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

open the speed dial # flap look for data registration button and set button when you press data registration screen should change use the up down arrows and look for number registration press set then follow the steps anything you change you must press set

lift up the 3 speed dial panels
use Data registration key
select date/time settings

use the 4 direction arrows to navigate thru menus
and after changing info use set key to lock in setting
