Hello there,
Unplug the printer, and wait about 1-2 minutes. Plug the printer back in. Wait until it is finished resetting itself. If the paper light is still flashing, the sensor inside may need to be adjusted, as it may not be detecting the paper.
Also, make sure there is no paper jammed up in the rollers inside. Even the smallest piece may cause this light to stay on.
Also, make sure there is not too much paper that it would no be able to feed the paper through in an attempt to print a document or photo etc.
