Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "ToshibaSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the Video drivers.

Oh! Sorry.
Try to search for the XP Drivers for your Laptop or Return the OS to Windows Vista, some Toshiba Laptops does not have XP Drivers if downgraded from Vista to XP.

Try Using Downloading and using the driver from this site :
http://www.laptopdrivers.net/toshiba-equium-l300-laptop-download-windows-vista-to-xp-drivers/

Or Directlink to the VGA Driver for it.

But before using this one, just make sure you remove ..or rollback the previous one.

I think you may have deleted your audio file driver on your laptop the only way to get your sound back is to re-install your audio driver for your laptop as the sound card on your laptop is ok you can find sound card drivers on the internet if you don`t have the drivers for your sound card
