Ah! I posted an answer on your other question but I didn't get it right! Now it makes more sense. You cleaned up all and changed thermal paste on cpu. Might be a problem with a fan itself. Only thing that pops in my mind might be a problem with bearings, but if fan is fine i'm afraid thermistor on motherboad is fried.

"Restart the computer, once you see the "Prompt Screen" to Press F2 or Press F12, quickly "Tap! the [DEL]key, located at the top [Right]next to the Scroll Lock, and END keys." Can't use Internet printer etc,
When in safe mode almost all drivers (the instructions the computer uses to operate a device) are disabled. To fix this, restart your computer and load windows normally.

I´ve a toshiba Satellite a215. How can I get the recovery disks?
As far as many of us know, you has to buy the recovery cd, but, instead of going to all the trouble, since you might has to either call or contact them via e-mil.
Since you already clean the system, why not go to the site and download all the drivers for your specific system, is very simple, and you get to load just the programs you need.
Drivers are a must, here is the direct link, choose download then choose your system > system model>"GO"
the next page would be all of your drivers, you can use your other system or a friend, put then on a flash drive or burn into cd.
Before you do any driver install, you should make sure you are connected to the internet, and do the windows update, as there should be new drivers for your system.
You should also do an "intel INF" update if not provided at the toshiba site, use google and downloaded it, make sure it applies to your system.
After you done the inf update and windows update, now you install all of the drivers and utilities that are available to you at the site.
sorry can't be of more help, below is the link to the site

My toshiba equium laptop keeps randomly turning
Hi:
your symptoms point towards a intermittent cooling problem...You might need to remove your cpu cooling fan, clean it up, and re install it, with new thermal paste. Make sure all fans in your computer are working as they should, including the power supply fan too.
