You can simply disable the reporting feature from the CMOS of your computer but that is not advisable, try changing the exhaust fan of your cpu to correct the rpm then resolve the error

Computer gets HOT and it gives me ERROR CODE CPU FAN ERROR?

Is the fan working? can you hear it? if the fan is working, check to see if dust is clogging the air vents on the side of the case, if there is, then there is probably alot of dust inside the laptop too. that may be whats causing the computer of overheat. , this is just one possible cause, the CPU fan may be broken, or your bios my be messed up.

CPU FAN ERROR PROBLEM

Check to make sure the CPU fan is plugged into the motherboard CPU fan power pins. Should be a 3pin port on the motherboard near the cpu with a white piece of plastic on the one side of it to show you are to plug in the cable correctly.

See if the fan spins at all on start up, or even when the computer is off, spin it with your finger and see if it gets hung up anywhere while it spins.

Fan error

You mite not want to reset this. This could be telling you that your fan is faulty/Dieing. If so then if it doesn't turn off your comp, your CPU will fry from the heat. Try replaceing your CPU fan within your computer. "Cool Master" is a good brand. you can find them at any Fry's Electronics Store.

CPU Fan Error - Averatec 3200

First, download PC Wizard 2008 so you can check the fan speeds and temp of your CPU (and every other component of your PC if need be) and see if it's operating properly. You can find it here:
http://pc-wizard-2008.en.softonic.com/
If it's malfunctioning, you'll need to replace it.

Fan error during boot-up

Power supply, that can be the cause. Did you try disconnecting few devices to check if the CPU fan has enough power to turn itself on. Usually motherboard will have two connectors for the CPU fan, you may try connecting it directly to the power supply. Also Check through the BIOS and see if there is a setting to disable the CPU Fan monitor (Hardware Monitor??) It should be where the temps and voltages are. The BIOS in most computers has an option to monitor a CPU fan. If none exists, then the option needs to be disabled. I am assuming the error is occuring during the BIOS stage of bootup. If the error occurs in Windows, it may be that some software has been installed to monitor a fan that doesn't exist. Sometimes monitoring software comes on the motherboard CD and someone may install it, thinking it is a driver. It is not necessary. Good luck!
