If you're referring to bios system password, if you're using a desktop then you can remove the jumper otherwise you can call dell and asked for a system password

If you need help resetting the bios password on your D630 you will need to contact Dell Support by phone. They will verify ownership of the system and then provide you with information on resetting your bios password.

Dell portable system have a BIOS level capability for a System Password and a Hard Drive Password. These passwords are designed to protect user data if the security of the system is compromised. Because of this, there is not a hardware reset (Remove battery, move a jumper) like on a desktop system to clear the password.
The only way to bypass a forgotten BIOS or HDD password on a Dell portable system is to contact Dell Technical Support, (1-800-624-9896 in the USA), confirm that you are an authorized user of the system (Prove that the system isn't stolen) and once validated, Dell Tech support will assist in granting you access to the system.
NOTE: Systems produced after September 2004 may not have free lifetime telephone support and my incur a fee for technical support from Dell.
I also forgot the password of my Dell a few days ago,but I reset windows password now by a software called Windows Password Reset ,it is easy and effictive to use,and all systems support.
