Have you tried pushing to CO button and then dialing out?? Otherwise unplug the phone from the wall and power, pull batteries and wait half hour and reconnect.
Wow. It's customary to start with and understand the manual to your phone system. CO message waiting is done on a TA-824 system. I'm guessing that Verizon uses stutter dial tone and those options are turned on via the 3.4 section of the maintenance tool or programs 435, 436 and 437.
If any of the above is foreign to you, then you need to either call your dealer or start reading.
Hi, Depending on how old the T7735 is, the LCD Display or chip sending data has probably 'Packed Up'... Try another Display Phone in the same Socket. Try the Faulty Phone in another socket...

Message waiting can come from different sources and is set up by pressing the MESSAGE button, or in some systems dialing 4 after you place an intercom call. However, on a display phone, you can tell who left the message by pressing MESSAGE and looking at the display :-)
To cancel all MW, in a TA, on the intercom, dial 700+0. On a TAW-848 and TDA, dial *700+your extension. On a TD, it's 700+your ext.
Call log depends on what system you have the phone connected to. In an 824 it requires 2 buttons and has to be system log, since personal doesn't show missed calls IIRC. These 2 buttons are CID Indication and CID Selection. They are functions 96 and 97 in programming and I usually put them as the top 2 buttons on my button strip.
In addition, there are some extra programming steps to make it work on your extension, but if the steps above work, it's already done. If it doesn't work, please comment back with your phone system model number and I''ll give you more specific instructions.
