If there is a virus simply reinstall windows it will get rid of it permanently hope that can help if you need to know how:
need the windows disk and serial code then you need to boot up your computer and as soon as it begins to turn on press the corresponding button for boot devices this will bring you to a list showing you hard drive CD drive and other peripherals , insert the windows disk and then use the arrow keys to select the CD drive from there just follow the basic next,next,agree installer then i would suggest installing the drivers then all your programs
