To remove blade, lift tool-less blade change cover up with index finger and thumb and
remove blade.

with a pincet /forcep and inbetween the quick release activated , some wd40 will also help and a air-compressor

Wrong blades used, set ***** worn out threads loosening off, worn blade holder $5 to $6 at link below.

This will be a generic METRIC screw, take it to a fastener supplier and show them the hole, they can try out fit of a few METRIC screws to find the right size. Buy the screw/bolt that fits and hacksaw the head off it to make a set screw.

It is REALLY easy, when you know how. There is a black piece, the larger one, near blade insert...lift it and VOILA, you can insert or remove blade easily. I lost manual and spent forever trying to put blade in. Hope this helps.
