Yes you would want to contact the power producer people as welisten2you stated. If you in fact bought the software they can verify that and give you all the info you need, or tell you where to get it. This is a help site we do not hold your information.

ACER ASPIRE X3910 EVENT ID 41 KERNEL POWER CRITICAL

If it just stopped and restarted proper is nothing to worry cause it seam just like a memory dumping error or so ..If it asks to choose a boot on start ..just start normally or choose to start with the last known configuration that worked.
If it do not want to start it may be a case of corrupted boot file ..and need to repair the boot configuration using a operation system disk or the recovery partition ..My advice is to reinstall a clean copy if it makes troubles again ..It may have something in the system that cause it ..and reinstalling will remove the settings and programs ..and when you install them again try them one by one ..and you will know which one is not supported..

HI>> This problem started a few days ago. When I turn on the computer, it does not show the logging page, instead a screen comes up saying that REAL TIME CLOCK batteries are low or ONBOARD BATTERY...

Hello,
Your PC should not crash from this issue. Your PC motherboard has a small (usually watch size) battery on it that provides power for the clock, and basic I/O settings, such as boot options, disk drives etc... The battery is pretty easy to replace, just open the case and you will see the battery held in a little socket. Make sure to turn PC off and properly ground yourself by using a static wrist band or leaning one arm over the power supply while taking the battery out. Take the battery and go to your local RadioShack, The Source, London Drugs etc.. and show them the battery. It should be a pretty common battery such as a CR2032 or CR2025 etc..
Once you replace the battery go into the BIOS by pressing F2, ESC, or DEL (which ever command shows on your screen for Bios Setup, System setup etc).. Change the clock to read the current time and exit, saving changes. You should not get this error for a long time as these batteries last much like a watch would.
If you don't change the battery, it won't crash your PC, but will eventually annoy you enough to replace it :)
Regards, Chris

Dell 4700 need to reformat but need to get admin code for the bios. already took bios bat out and unplugged all cords on inside and re-plugged them. got system code, but still need bios admin code is there...

I believe that you need to set up the CMOS jumpers inside the main circuit board. For details click on this link (Click Me)
1. Look for 3 pin CMOS clip that says CLR CMOS on the mainboard 2. Take out the jumpers from 1 and 2 3. Put it in jumpers 2 and 3 and wait for 5 seconds 4. Put it back to jumpers 1 and 2

If i leave computer on without anyone using it . computer goes to black/dark screen , can't perform any functions. also computer crashes at times during use.

You need to check your power settings. It is being set to go to turn of the drivers after a certain amount of time.

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options Then change the power options so it does not shut off the hard drive.

Old email address

Contact you IP (internet) provider, identify yourself, and ask them
for your email address, server password and server details to
set up your email client (program on your computer)

If they cannot retrieve your password, they can reset it
and allow you to get in that way. They will also assist you
in installing and configuring your email (client) program,
such as Outlook, Eudora ... etc.

My favorite email tools is Courier Mail, formerly known as Calypso mail, by Rose City Software. It is powerful and simple to use, and it is not as popular a target for hacks and viruses.

Last time I checked, Rose city was giving it away for free, as
a promotion for their (other) products.
