I need an owner's manual for my new computer HP Pavilion dm4-2165dx. The product number for the computer is QE375UA#ABA. I have tried downloading it and run into problems with acrobat reader Please help

Try removing the 512 MB memory to see if it does work with the 1GB stick only.

It's not the power supply that does have a problem. It has something with your memory stick.

Unfortunately the product info you have given is from your monitor. Don't worry though, here are the instructions to find your desktop's model.
1. Press the start button and type in dxdiag, one search result should show up, go ahead and open that . (If for some reason it didn't work or you're using a version of windows older than Vista, press the windows flag on your keyboard and the R button at the same time, so windows flag+R, and type in dxdiag)
2. Check under systeminfo and look for your system model (for me it's "HP Pavilion DV6 Notebook PC", so it would be listed as simply "HP Pavilion DV6")
3. Go to this site and look for your system model you just found. Click on it and it should allow you to download the manual

I have a brand new L2114a lamp for sale. I paid 299 plus shipping on ebay but it turned out to be the wrong one (despite what the manual says). I ordered the correct one I needed from HP.
