Hello am looking into how to put in the code in the urc-01 for sankey ??

The URC-01 is a universal remote control that can be programmed to work with various devices, including your Sankey CLCD-1936 TV. Here are the steps to set up the remote to control your TV:
  1. Turn on your TV and point the URC-01 remote control towards it.
  2. Press and hold the "TV" button on the URC-01 remote until the red LED light on the remote stays on.
  3. Enter the TV code for your Sankey TV. The code for Sankey TVs may vary depending on the model, so consult the manual or the website of the remote manufacturer to find the code for your specific model.
  4. Once you have entered the code, the LED light on the remote should turn off.
  5. Press the "Power" button on the URC-01 remote to test whether the TV turns off. If it does, the setup is complete.
If the code you entered does not work, you can try entering another code by repeating the above steps. Alternatively, you can perform an automatic code search by following these steps:
  1. Turn on your TV and point the URC-01 remote control towards it.
  2. Press and hold the "TV" button on the URC-01 remote until the red LED light on the remote stays on.
  3. Press and hold the "Setup" button until the red LED light blinks twice.
  4. Press the "Power" button on the URC-01 remote.
  5. Press the "Channel Up" button on the URC-01 remote repeatedly until the TV turns off.
  6. Once the TV turns off, press the "Setup" button to save the code.
  7. Test the remote by pressing the "Power" button to turn on the TV.
If you are still having trouble setting up the remote, consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

I have a 51inch LG TV and never had a problem I turned it off as normal and then tried to turn it on a while later and nothing I only got a red solid stand-by light it don't flash when press side buttons...

Try following the steps below.
Step 1
Press the power button once. If the TV does not turn on, observe the LED indicator, usually located on the TV's lower front panel. If the LED indicator turned off after you pressed the power button once, it is in standby mode. Press the power button once again to exit standby and turn on the TV.

Step 2
Observe the Standby light if the remote control will not work. If the Standby light stays on, the television is in Standby mode. Press the power button on the television, then try to use the remote.

Step 3
Turn the Energy Saving Switch off, then press the power button. The Energy Saving Switch is located on the rear or side panel on most Sony model TVs. Refer to your TV user manual for the exact location of the switch.

My Samsung TV doesn't show a picture, when there was a picture audio and remote not working. Which boards need replaced?

If there is no audio then most likely your main board. If your red power stand by light blinks less than 3 s then its the M/B. If its more than 3 s then its the P/B.

My tv won't turn on anymore. The power light and the opc light blink twice at the same time and then the opc blinks once and it keeps doing that. Please help!

Hi

Make sure the AC cord is not loose or disconnected. Check to ensure the cord is firmly plugged into the outlet at one end, and firmly connected to your television at the other end. The AC cord connects to the television about midway across the back of the set, near the bottom of the back panel. The hole for the AC connection is shaped like a figure eight. Try powering up the TV with the cords firmly connected.

Check the "Main Power" to ensure it is on. Locate the button on the top of the television among the "Volume" and "Channel" buttons. Press the button to switch the television on. If the "Main Power" button is off the remote will not turn on the television. Wait to see if pressing "Main Power" will activate the TV.

Press "TV Power" on the remote control to power up the TV from stand-by mode. If the power light on the front of the television glows red when you press "TV Power" on the remote, press the "Main Power" button on top of the television to remove the TV from stand-by. If the TV is accidentally in stand-by mode it may not come on when pressing certain buttons.

Check the circuit board. If your set still won't turn on and you hear a clicking noise when you plug it in, you most likely have a defective circuit board.

My dish network remote isnt working with my LG tv

Not all TVs are supported by our remotes. You can do a power scan to see if you can find one that works or you can get the newest remote type that supports a large array of TVs. The new rmote is a model 21 which will work in IR and UHF mode. To perform a power scan do the following: Press and hold the upper left TV button on the remote until all lights on top light up and release. Now press the small red TV button and release - the upper tv button should be lit solid. Now press the arrow up key slowly until set turns off. Once it does presss the arrow down key once and then the arrow up key and the TV should power on. Now press the pound sign and the rrecord button. Now press the upper SAT button and release . You should be able to control the set now. Thanks for using Fix Ya.
