Open up your browser, click on tools, then on Internet options.
In the home page box, delete what is in there and type in what you want to be your home page.
If you want it to be at&t , type in www.att.net in the home page box.

My computer has been restored and now I can't access my e-mail account or find my att.net homepage

When a Reformat has been done, all 3rd party program would have to be installed. ie: Microsoft programs, Turbo Tax, Quicken, Quickbooks, etc. Any program that you have a disc, you will have to re-install it.

If you want att.net as your home page, then set it under internet properties.
Click Start > Click on Control Panel > Double Click on Internet Options > and change it there at Home Page. See picture below, IN RED.
