Hello, That would be a system ring group programming feature. It would depend on the type of phone system you have. NEC Elite 192, Elite IPK, Elite IPK 2. There are different platforms and this would determine how to program it.
These phones work on about 8 NEC systems, but for a PRO II, an Elite, and an IPK, the standard code is Feature,80, Feature from one of the two main reception extensions. Don't know the code for a 2000, 8100, or IPK II.
The station name is in program 4-18, but that requires getting into system programming, which is not recommended unless you know what your doing in there. This info will not be found in a user guide.
You have to be on the root phone or "first phone". To check various phones -Hit {feature} 4. Should display 100= TEL 01. Once on the first phone then use {feature} 9 #. Time will flash at top of display and can be adjusted.
If you are not on the first phone you will get error at the top of the display. Leave the hand set on the hook.
