HOW DO I DO A SYSTEM RECOVERY ON THIS UNIT. IT DIDNT COME WITH A DISC AND IT DOESNT HAVE IT ON THE COMPUTOR, IT ONLY HAS A SYSTEM RESTORE

If you put the first disk in it will auto start and prompt you through the process.

Jeff what you have to do is this dont disturb yourself just go straight off the system then later on it and press your key F11 down at a time simultaneously then it will bring the system recovering factory settings for you and follow the instructions then you are through is just that all you have on the system will be gone but you will have your system back alive the way it was manufacture to work BYE THANKS

Hi,
Providing the laptop was built after 2005 then there should be a recovery partition on the laptop.
Turn the laptop on and repeatedly press the F10 key, this should get you into the recovery partition and allow you to factory restore the laptop.
