Please read this site. Just to make clear what you can do with internal memory, SD cards and so on in any Android device.
Be aware the SD card is only an external device to keep your files close to the device. You can't open them and you can't run any app from it.
To open files in the internal memory, toy need to have enough free internal memory to let the app that wants to open the file can run, and some extra space. If the memory is full you need to clear memory, by moving apps or data to the SD card.
Only some apps can be moved to the card. Here's how to check and move the ones that can along with some other tips for freeing up space in internal storage:
1.Go to the Home screen. Press Menu and tap Settings , then Applications, then All
2. Tap each app and tap "Clear Cache". Tap "Move to SD Card" if it's not grayed out.
3. If there are any apps that you've downloaded and don't use uninstall them. The phone won't let you uninstall system apps that are essential to the phone's operation. If you aren't sure if you need an app or not install ES File Manager (which can be moved to the card) and use it to back up the app to the memory card before deleting.
4. Open Messaging, if you have any picture messages, tap on the bubble containing the picture. Tap Save attachment. After the picture has been saved, tap on the bubble again and tap Delete message. Also delete any text messages you don't need.
5. If you use Gmail, open Gmail, tap Menu, then tap Go to labels, then Trash and delete everything in Trash. If you use a different email app delete everything in its trash folder.
6. Launch the Camera, press the Menu button, tap settings and make sure that "Storage Location" is set to "SD Card".

you have to delete all your messages and application. Even if problem exists then you can master reset your mobile.
Internal memory is different than SD card memory. You only have 800MB free on your phone's harddrive, you still have 1GB of space unused on your SD card. Today's apps are large, some are even 1GB big! I would go and purchase at least a 16GB card for your phone. They are around 10 bucks now a days. Then on your phone, go to your settings and select the big apps, there should be an option to move them over to the SD card.
You need to free up memory space, your phones memory is limited and you have used up enough to prevent the application from working. Clear the cache in the settings menu under "applications" and any apps you don't use to free up space.
have you tried uninstalling all hte apps after you have deleted it. Because deleting doesnt free up space it only deletes the apps but all the installer are still on the memory and you can always re install the apps you wanted. Theres another way to free up space on your memory by reformatting your memory.. But remember this will erase everything in the memory. but before you do this try backing up the files first so that you can still retrieve your files that you wnated after reformatting..Hope this info has helped you in anyway..have a nice day..
Your phone can go on slow due to the over load in your mobile, if you stored more Data
like songs, video clippings, pictures etc.. in your mobile, it may
occupy more spare, for the scarcity of the space, your mobile may get
slow.. Do removing / delete some files to free up more space, or you can try using a bigger memory card for your phone.
