If you have an Internet connection, you can connect to the Nintendo E-shop application that comes with the system. When that loads, search for Youtube in the search bar. Considering you have the right amount of space on your 3DS, you can download it and play it from the home screen!
The iPod Touch is a multimedia player made by Apple, with a 3.5-inch touch-sensitive display and a built-in speaker, which makes it suitable for watching videos on the go. The device connects to the Internet via Wi-Fi, allowing you to download videos from Apple's iTunes Store, and stream videos from video-sharing websites like YouTube or movies from sites like Amazon or Netflix. You can also shoot videos with the iPod Touch's two built-in cameras.
Tap the Photos app icon on the Home screen to watch a video you shot with your iPod Touch's camera. Tap "Camera Roll." Thumbnail images of pictures and videos you shot appear on the screen. Video thumbnails have a video camera icon. Tap the thumbnail of a video to open it, then press the "Play" button to start playing it. Press the "Home" button to return to the device's home screen when you're finished watching a video. Launch the YouTube app from the Home screen to watch YouTube videos. Tap "Featured" to see a list of videos being promoted by YouTube, or tap "Most Viewed" to see a list of popular videos. Tap "Search," then type a search term, and then tap "Search" to look for videos. Tap the thumbnail of a video to start playing it. Touch the Videos app icon on the home screen to watch videos you downloaded from Apple's iTunes Store. A list of videos appears. Tap the thumbnail of a video to start playing it. Hope this helps.
Hello and Welcome to FixYa! Turn on the iPhone's Wi-Fi by
tapping "Settings," then "wi-fi" and finally "On." Your phone must be
connected either to a wireless network or 3G data plan. Youtube videos
can be searched and watched only if the iPhone is receiving Internet
data.
Tap the Youtube icon on the home
screen of the iPhone. You can access the iPhone's home screen by
pushing the "home" button located just beneath the screen of the phone.
Search for specific Youtube
videos or browse featured, most viewed or favorite videos. Search for
specific videos by tapping the search box and typing in your desired
video. Browse Youtube videos by selecting one of the tabs on the top of
the screen.
Play a Youtube video. When you
find a video you wish to watch, simply tap the screen over the video.
The video will begin playing in landscape mode, so turn the iPhone
sideways so it is oriented horizontally. Control the video with the
onscreen buttons. You can pause, play, fast forward, and rewind a video
clip from the iPhone screen. Tap the screen to bring up the controls and
tap the onscreen icons to control the video.

Check your cookin settings, and internet options, where it says play video. Does it load just can't watch video? Or wont even go? Try a search for it then choose a video instead of home page. Hope this helps
