I am the guy with the identical Toshiba 1415-S173 laptops with one working fine and the other not. The one that ins't working, the yellow power supply light on the front of the computer blinks intermittently 3 times. We tried taking the battery and power supply from the working computer and put them in the non working computer and nothing. Still flashing yellow light. Then we took the power supply and battery from the non working computer and put them in the working computer, and they work fine. The first thing we tried was holding the power button down for 10 seconds but to no avail. Any thought?
You may need to go into the controll panal and look at the power supply. and change the setting. Toshiba web site has lots of help with Toshiba problems
