i dont think there is actually a way to do it. But if there is it is in the manual which i have supplied a link to. i scanned through it but didn't see anything about it. What problem might you be having in need of a reset?

    The Key board won't play single notes but, accompanying chards as well. Even pushin gth right buttons doesn't work either. Hence Factory reset in case some weirdness has been saved by one of our students.

My casio ctk-710 does not work with the power supply, only batteries and i already try several powers supplys
There is a contact switch in the power connector that must be making for batteries to work... I suspect that either the soldering of the power connector or possibly a broken circuit trace to the power inout connector may be the problem.
