The Toshiba a45-s151 uses a 2.5" Ultra ATA drive. It should slide into the area where the old one came out, label facing you. See the picture. If the drive is 2.5", the pins will line up with the holes.
The memory is under the keyboard on this laptop. You should be able to pry up the keyboard with a small screwdriver between the keyboard bezel and the keyboard itself.
Be very careful not to break the wires connecting the keyboard to the internals of the computer.
