I cannot get into any of my email messages and there are messages i need to reply back to my email address is [email protected]

You need to talk to customer server for Xtra.co.nz if that is your email provider. Fixya does not control your email.

If you are not open Yahoo account. If you are right person or your email id is right then your password not match so you remember and given right password then you open Yahoo account.
If you are reset Yahoo password Follow instruction.

Double check their email address. They might have set the "Reply-To" field incorrectly.

what exactly do you mean by sending a text message on your email address? and where are you now? if your going to send a message to australia overseas, you need to replace 0 to +61
and if your going to send your email address, it actually depends on how you have created it, does your email has .nz or .au after the email address? if not then there's no need to add nz

Check the security settings of your mail server to ensure you're not being blocked.

Settings - E-mail

You'll need to complete all steps for this to work. Make sure that if you have to enter O2 in the settings you use the letter O and not a zero.

The following settings are if you use O2 Email as your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

If you require different settings eg Yahoo, Gmail etc please click here

1. Tap the Application tab on the bottom of the screen
2. Tap Email
3. Tap Next on the Welcome to Email setup screen
4. Tap on the Email address text box and enter your Email address then tap Done
5. Tap on the Password text box and enter your Password for your Email account then tap Done
6. Tap Next
7. Your phone will now try and download your setting to your phone and set up your account, if this can not be done you will see the message, Setup could not finish. Unable to open connection to server. Tap Edit details to continue.
8. Tap Manual setup
9. Tap the Username text box and enter your full Email address then tap Done
10. Tap POP3 account
11. Highlight POP3 server and tap the text box and enter mail.o2.co.uk
12. Check that Port is default set at 110
13. Highlight Next and tap
14. The phone will now check your settings
15. Tap the SMTP server text box and enter smtp.o2.co.uk
16. Highlight Next and tap
17. The phone will now check your settings
18. Tap Next on the Account options screen
19. You now have the options to add a name for your new account plus add your name to outgoing messages
20. Tap Done

First that address doesn’t lead anywhere. www.outlookexpress.nz Does not load. You should be able to go to outlook.com and try that site. If you are trying to use an email other than @outlook.com or @hotmail.com you may need to use a different email client

You can't have the pop up for one account and not another. The settings apply to all incoming email.

Go to Tools>Options>Preferences>E-Mail Options>Advanced E-Mail Options

Look in section "When new items arrive in my Inbox" and choose all of the options you'd like to have happen when a new email arrives.
Then click on Desktop Alert Settings and change the duration and transparency settings.

Try sending a message to yourself and then replying to it. The recipients might have a cached entry in their address book causing a the reply to be delivered to a different address.

If you have another email account with Hotmail or Gmail, try sending back and forth between them and your Yahoo account and use them for testing.

Does this happen with everyone or just one of your e-mail contacts?

If it's happening with everyone, you may need to contact Yahoo's support team to investigate the issue.
