You would be better off dealing with the screen being broken, or purchase a new tablet. Why ? Because to replace the screen is probably about the same amount as the tablet itself. Get a new one.
Yes you could get the screen replaced, however the cost of this now-a-days is almost equal if not more expensive than purchasing a new TV. It is not always economical to have the screen replaced, it is maybe more worthwhile to think about buying a new one instead.
Unfortunately repairing a damaged LCD screen is not possible. Your best option is to purchase a new LCD screen for that model and see about having it installed or installing it yourself.
