Hi I have a Acer Travelmate 6593 and I am having

Hi I have a Acer Travelmate 6593 and I am having trouble with the BIOS Password. Its prompting me for a bios password which I have no clue about . I try to enter the ones I could thing of but no good. Instead after 3 trials it gives an error System Disabled [04913] After rebooting it comes back to same message to enter to enter BIOS Password. MAny thanks for your help

Need a phoenix backdoor password
Remove all power sources and casing. Locate the small button cell battery within and remove that also. Leave overnight and reassemble. Voila! The password should now be reset! Hope this helps!

Hello,

You need to remove the BIOS battery for a few minutes, then put it back on.
This will reset BIOS settings and cancel the password authentication prompt at booting.

Forgot my bios password
remove the battery or slip a business card between the contacts. let it sit for about 5 minutes.

don't set a password in the future.

Issue playing audio from AcerTravelMate6593 on Phillips37PFL7603D
You need to run the audio out to an amplifier such as a stereo unit. The computer doesn't have enough power via the line out to make the TV pick up the sound by itself unless you turn the volume all the way up and maybe not even then, so an amplifier is your answer. It work for me.
