Hi, If this isn't a "Timer" problem, meaning check your manual to see that the Timer hasn't been invoked and turn it off if possible, otherwise this usually indicates that the power supply has failed, that or there is a fault that has caused the protection circuitry has been tripped.
The very best thing to do is to contact the manufacturer, and ask them for a referral to an authorised service center, and then ask them when face to face only for a "Quote" first, and go from there. This way you can make up your mind as to repair or replace?
Timer indicator is blinking and the system will not switch on.
• Unplug the system, then plug back in. Wait for one minute then switch on.
• Make sure the fan at the rear of the system unit is not being blocked.
• Check that the speakers are connected correctly.
• Make sure the voltage of the mains power source is correct for the model.
• If the problem persists, take it to your nearest Pioneer authorized service center or your dealer for servicing.
