How to turn on pioneer xv-ev61 when timer light is on and cannot do anything

Timer light is flicking and can not on stereo at all. How czn this be fixed?

There may be a problem with the stereo itself, or with the power supply. If the stereo is plugged into an outlet, try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that makes a difference. If the problem persists, you may need to consult a stereo repair specialist.

You cant. All you can do is author DVD's to the proper region. Or if you can duplicate, hack it to your region.

Turning the record timer on/off

1 Press TIMER/CLOCK ADJ.
2 Use the <> (cursor left/right)

buttons to select REC.
On the front panel use '<<>> and <<>>'

3 Press ENTER.
4 Use the <>(cursor left/right)

buttons to select ON or OFF.
On the front panel use '<<>> and <<>>'
5Press ENTER.

Our stereo system suddenly powered off, the timer light on the pioneer xv ev7 is blinking but it doesn't turn on, what should we do?

Hi, If this isn't a "Timer" problem, meaning check your manual to see that the Timer hasn't been invoked and turn it off if possible, otherwise this usually indicates that the power supply has failed, that or there is a fault that has caused the protection circuitry has been tripped.
The very best thing to do is to contact the manufacturer, and ask them for a referral to an authorised service center, and then ask them when face to face only for a "Quote" first, and go from there. This way you can make up your mind as to repair or replace?
