Hello, Your in luck, I own a espresso company, my wife runs the drive thru. We just had same problem 3 days ago. And this is what I found out. Our water level was to high and kept filling, and of course because of that no room for steam. This is what you need: it is called auto level circuit board sensor, it normally is hooked right to the back of your water flow gauge. It is like a chip, just get new one by giving parts place your machine name , model etc, and this is something you can do your self. Just tells parts place, water filling to much, and need a new Auto level circuit board sensor. It is a chip about size of postage stamp, runs around 50 bucks. I hope this helps.
