I can't delete the "Favorites"

I can't delete the "Favorites" I've chosen on my mp3 player. I can't find a file when I hook it up to my computer to delete them, and I can't find a way to clear them on the actual device. Help! I'm tired of the same music!

Try to delete your unwanted favorites this way, it will work most of the time.

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.

I want to delete an album off my iPod touch. I've tried multiple things and it just wont work. One thing I've tried repeatidly is going to the photos tab, checking the sync and then unchecking it...

I have 510 songs in my Sony MP3 player according to my computer. My MP3 disagrees and tells me I have 882, more than half of those mysterious files with names like "unknown" that refuse to play...
