Hi. I have a blaunpunkt CD34 stereo in my car and it seems to be locked into one radio station as no buttons work accept the volume. It will allow me to play a cd but I can only adjust the volume on this also. Any advice please.

Well knowing what stereo you have would help, but mine, the volume knob doubles as the settings knob if you press it. In some newer systems like mine, you should find a "back" button (small arrow) like on a cell phone. Trying using that to escape the settings mode that you might have activated.

Turn the main (volume) knob all the way until volume reads 00, leave the button (volume) pressed until the radio beeps - be patient it takes a while - after this turn the knob all the way or until you reach an acceptable volume limit, push the knob again until beep then turn radio off.

If there is no audio, the radio is locked on an fm station with preset 1 highlighted, and no control from the handlebar or face, the TMS 320 processor is locked. The radio cannot be repaired. try to get your HD dealer to exchange it.

I have a JVC deck and only way to accept the setting is to hit the volume button to accept the setting, if I don't it won't keep the setting.

Your question is lacking some detail , is this a stock radio , after market , and what brand and model . Pictures can help , depending on the siuation code be s radio key is needed or if it's after market do you have a remote ? Try to change stuff with that , could be buttons inop or worst case it's just done. Good luck
