Mine did this after kids played with it, just hold the power/volume button pressed down for a few seconds and it will go back to normal.

Try to Initialize the Spool Disk: NOTE: Initializing the spool disk will delete all jobs in all queues. This procedure can be used when a corrupt job has caused the printer to stop printing. This procedure can also be used to correct certain machine faults.

1. Press the ON / OFF switch. The power switch is located on the front right side of the machine under the Control Panel.
   
   
2. Wait until the Touch Screen goes blank (this may take several minutes).
   
   CAUTION: Make sure to press the correct buttons all at the same time. An incorrect button combination may delete all customized printer settings.
   
   
3. Press and hold down the [6] button on the numeric keypad, the [Energy Saver] and the [Stop] buttons simultaneously while powering ON the machine. Continue to hold down the three buttons until the Touch Screen displays several lines, goes blank and then displays lines again.
4. Release the buttons. The machine will continue its normal boot up procedure to initialize the spool disk.

You can set your phone to Vibrate or silent mode so that the phone vibrates rather than rings. With the phone on and open, look at the inside screen while adjusting the ringer volume using the rubber volume button on the outside of the phone. As you adjust the volume, the inside screen will display the ringer volume level. It ranges from Max to Vibrate. Simply turn it down until the level reads Vibrate.

check the screen configuration using the visual button on the top right side of the screen, you should disable the "OFF" button

Good to read the detailed description. You said, the battery is full but did u checked the battery healthiness. Is it really full. Put the battery in another set if you have because the true picture will be in front when u check the battery on load condition. You can check the battery voltage but it might show you the full desired volt but without load. So, the better way has mentioned.
Tell me one thing that was it going off when u swap/filip ist screen. If this is the case, then u need to check the strip that connects the keypad of your phone with the LCD. This can be the issue...

press and hold the center joystick button, and the volume down buttons.

dont leave those two!

and now power on the device. wait for a gray screen asking you to make a clean boot. press the volUP or volDOWN button and after about 5 minutes your device will make an hard reset (clean boot) and will restore it to factory settings.

Try resetting it by using a sharp object, like a pin and press the reset button with pin ect.

Sounds like water damage. Are there any red stickers under the battery? If so, then it is water damaged.

Either way, if you are the primary line then Verizon may offer you an early upgrade if your rateplan is above a certain price point (if that's who your on). If not, you can do an insurance claim, if you don't have insurance then you will have to either pay full price for a new one, or purchased a used one.
