Problem with Blaupunkt 520 Stereo 1. Issue with volume control. when car is turned on the volume is 100% and have to manulaly adjust it. 2. When i turn on car it doesnt hold the stations and is on the completely wrong station.. Please help

Might have anti theft screws holding it in ,in which you have to buy the right bit to suit screw head.

There are several issues that may be causing the volume to be very low.

SPEAKER VOLUME:
(1) When you press the Vol+ button on the speaker does it make a beep sound? (It should, even if it can not longer go up or lower).
(2) Be sure to continue pressing the Vol+ Button to ensure that the volume does increase.
(3) While this is rarely an issue, may want to check that the speaker is charged.

DEVICE VOLUME:
*Please note that some devices have a separate volume control aside from a blue tooth devices volume adjustment.
(1) Ensure that Media Volume is on.
(2) Ensure that the volume is turned up on the device by using the devices Vol+ controls

MEDIA VOLUME:
*Please also note that the media being used (Youtube, Hulu, Music Player, etc.) may ALSO have a separate volume control aside from a blue tooth devices volume adjustment.
(1) Check that the volume within the media is turned up as well.

that may be more expensive to replace than just buying a new radio.. I priced a new jvc at 85 bucks with 4 speakers..at walmart..

you probably have a bad volume control switch. it needs to be replaced.

To set the time, do this:

1. Press TITLE repeatedly until the time is displayed.
2. Press and hold TITLE for at least 2 seconds while the time is displayed. The time indication will blink.
3. Use the volume control to adjust the hours while the time indication is blinking.
4. When the hour has been adjusted, press MODE.
5. Turn the volume control to adjust the minutes while the time indication is blinking.

With me. I pressed the + volume button once from 13 to 14 and it went all the way to 30 ( highest volume) and wont go back down. it also wont let me go to the radio now

- PRESS BUTTON NUMBER 3 UNTIL YOU GET THE THIRD DIGIT IN YOUR CODE
- PRESS BUTTON NUMBER 4 UNTIL YOU GET THE FOURTH DIGIT IN YOUR CODE
- HOLD DOWN THE 'AS' BUTTON UNTIL THE STEREO TURNS ON.
