81:01 error on hp designjet 500-800

Basically it means that it is dirty or something is keeping it from moving back and forth. Could be old dry ink, stuck paper, or maybe you can clean the Carriage Rod with Alcohol. The Carriage rod is the shiny rod that goes from one side of the printer to the other. There are more tips on this link. Good Luck
