You may need to look into taking the computer for repair since it sounds like it's going too slow. Scanning for viruses, defraging etc may also help speed the machine up. If you know how, try to format the machine as this may help speed it up if the system is "too full". Keep in mind formatting deletes everything so be sure to backup your data.
Stuck startup repair
When you first turn on your notebook, repeatedly hit the "f8" key to get an option then go to repair or diagnose .
My keybord isn't working properly
reinstall the driver keyboard go to device manager, uninstall and install again. or restor the computer to some date that was working before. Not the fn is hotkey example you can use fn +f8< > increase the screen brightness and viceversa, you can use with such device like a data show, etc.God bless youread your owner
Turn fan on
Fans might be controlled in the bios, so check the bios or system setup. The fans, if working properly will turn on and off as needed. Unless you are getting a error message about the fan, don't worry about it. Also if the computer runs hot and shuts down, then you might have a fan problem.
I have an Hp Compaq nc8230 laptop. Everytime I try to turn it on, it starts up, gets as far as the windows loading screen, and then starts all over again. Is there any way to fix this?
This can be a fault of ram memory ...and and this case just open the ram compartment and remove them and place them back one by one (in case they are more than one ) ..and try to boot up ..and see which one cases the fault ..It may be just out of place and after replacing to work ..It also can be a missing file in the operation system ..and to make it boot-able again you have to reinstall the system into computer using either the recovery tool available ..(disk or partition ) ..or using a boot-able disk with the operation system ..you can also try ...(if you have a boot-able disk ) just to repair..and when the command will be asked ..just select the 1 for the hdd0 and the command fixboot ..This will rewrite the boot sector and will make it work ..o r..if you think you can not manage and be sure you eliminate the issues..just reinstall it clean and format the C drive during the procedure..If it says anything about the hard disk when it stops from booting ..it maybe a case of bios settings ..and in thios case the actually fault is the lack of the raid or the ahci driver..and you will need to go into Bios settings by pressing F2 on start ..and in there select optimal factory setting s..and engage them (f7 probably ) and after that save settings with F10 and enter..This should get it to the factory settings and make the hard disk functional by being read in the ide compatible mode..and there for not need the raid driver..If this is not working you can get to the advanced settings in bios...select the hard disk 0 ..and under its options ...disable the ahci mode and select ide compatible or ..sata as ide..and save with F10 ...This also should solve the issue if the problem is the related with the hard disk recognition ..In sort ...first check ram memory and hard disk physically ..than try to see if the bios settings of the bus is compatible (disable ahci function ) ..than as a last resort reinstall the operation system if it seam to be corrupted ..Good luck ..!

Hi, once the computer is booted to windows successfully go to the "Device Manager" find the "Smart Card" Device and then right click on the device. Click on the "properties" and click on the "Drivers" tab. Then click "Disable" disable the Hardware. Click on "OK" and "APPLY". Restart the computer. This will resolve the issue.
It's a Weird Issue: You can try pressing the Notebook under the two "ALT" buttons(Don't press the 'ALT' buttons), this is required to be done whenever you are booting.
