I am assuming you have Windows XP. If not, please let me know and I will post seperate instructions.
First, make sure you have the latest windows
update. This is very important because it adds the BUS add-on for the sound and LAN. Since you cannot get online, you will need to do a manual download and save to a cdrom, external hard drive or flash drive.
This will take about 30 minutes to install and reboot.
Once complete, download the
chipset driver here. The audio and LAN are integrated on the motherboard and this all-in-one chipset driver will automatically install them to computer.
You can see if you need additional drivers by going to start menu and right clicking on my computer. Hit properties and click on device manager tab. This will bring up devices. Any device that has a yellow question mark beside it will need to be downloaded as well.
