Well depending on how long you've had your camera you may need to go out and buy a new battery or go out get a contact pen. This pen allows you to clean the contacts on the battery. You can get it at any Radioshack. If you charge it and still doesn't work then you'll have to buy a new battery or if you're feeling really brave a new camera. Those are my suggestions. Good Luck!

If there's no evident corrosion on the battery contacts, and your camera can't draw current from the batteries, I dont think there's anything you can do but sending it for repair. Try finding a repair shop that can handle it, because i think this might be a relatively easy fix, and sony will charge you an arm and a leg for it. Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!
