Most CD's and Dvd's don't need drivers, they are universal standard equipment. If your DvD Drive is not working then click Start/My Computer and check to see if your drive is listed as a device. If not, Remove the Power Cord, Remove the Case, Remove the two cables that go into the DvD Drive, then put them back.
