left side of the toner cartrige, unscrew and turn the level other side.

Hello you can download the driver here:http://www.fujixeroxprinters.com.au/en/support/Downloads.aspx?product=5452&category=5726&os=2&dl=1Please unzip the file before you install.Just connect the printer with the usb cable and set the power on when you install the software.Good luck

take out the toner.. at the left side of the toner, there is a level, unscrew the 3 screws and turn the level to the other side, this will reset your toner.
make sure the printer is on when you put back the toner.
