Take your phone to your dealer and tell them the issue and say you would like to have the phone flashed. This is a procedure that reinstalls your phone. It returns your phone to the the original factory state. But you will loose all data stored in the phone but all your data in your memory card will be intact.

You can try a couple of things to try and save it. Phones do not like water. If you are mechanically inclined, take the phones rear cover and front covers off. you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

If it powers up when it is plugged into an AC outlet you may just need to replace the battery.
If it doesn't work on AC power it is most likely dead and not worth fixing.
If it is relatively new you can tell you cellular provider it broke (don't mention the part about giving it a bath) and maybe they will replace it under warranty.

The last option is to buy a replacement on eBay. They have tons of cellular phones that you can purchase and activate on your account. Just make sure it is compatible with your cellular provider's network.
