You need to unlock your samsung b2100 network first before you can use that sim card, To unlock samsung b2100 you must know what the original network from that phone. Example if you buy that phone from At&t vendor you will need samsung unlock code for at&t network, got it? After you have appropriate unlock code for your phone, you just need enter that code and your samsung b2100 can accept any sim card from other network. the lock code on my samsung m300 is the last 4 digits of my number. try that, also you can try 0000. that is all i can think of.

SIM numbers can be recovered but contacts that are save in phone memory cannot be recovered!
remove covering of your mobile phone and place your mobile on direct sunlight (without battery) once its dry if on then ok if not same problem then try spirit (thinner) and clean the whole mobile circuit with thinner using toothbrush !

your phone needs to be flashed. flashing is where new firmware is installed into your phone and it will become as good as new. take it to a repair center where they will do it for you.
it is risky to flash a phone on your own, you could end up destroying it.

That file has to be in the same folder as your other ringtones are for it to be accessed. Get it in there and it will work.
