Sony Handycam® DCRSR45 HDD Camcorder "horizontal lcd lines screen" Questions

lcd screen. horizontal lines means you lost sync circuit and needs troubleshooting. Hopefully maybe a bad connection with a ribbon cable for the ICs and components are hard to change and jammed tight.
